When can we exit the Acme supply agreement, and what notice do we owe?

The agreement renews automatically each year on 1 March. Either party can terminate by giving 90 days’ written notice before the renewal date¹. Notice must be sent to Acme’s legal team at the address in the schedule².

Which file types can I upload?

PDF, Word (.docx and .doc) and plain text. Scanned PDFs are read with text recognition, so they become searchable too.

How do I know an answer is right?

Every answer cites the document and page it came from. Click a citation to open the source and read the passage yourself — DOCNUS is built to be checked, not trusted blindly.

Who can see our documents?

Only members of your organisation. Workspaces are isolated from each other, and owners, admins and members each have their own permissions.

Which features need a paid plan?

Chat with cited answers, the knowledge graph and invoice due dates are on every plan. Reading contract terms and stated relationships, and privacy assessment, start on Professional.

Which privacy laws are covered?

EU GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, Brazil’s LGPD, China’s PIPL, India’s DPDP and US state privacy laws. Each gets its own verdict, citing the articles it relies on.

What happens when I delete a document?
